ichiko's Terms of Service
General:
・I will send you a proposal within 5 days.
・I accept your request based on your social credibility and history of activities.
・Prices are subject to increase in the future.
Important(Can draw/Can't draw):
✓ Will draw: Vtuber/Fanart
✗ Can't draw: NSFW(Adult and Porno)
Payment:
・PayPal
Production Flow:
1. Accepting your commission.
I will provide you with a rough estimate and production schedule.
2. Payment from client. Basically, payment is made in advance.
3. Production begins. Submission of color roughs.
4. Coloring.
5. Final check and delivery.(PSD and PNG)
Note: For Skeb-style commissions, meetings and revisions are not available.
You may send a request message once, but for Skeb-style commissions, meetings or progress updates cannot be provided.
Revisions:
・Up to 3 free revisions in total (this includes both the rough sketch and the colored stage).
・From the 4th revision onward, additional fees will apply depending on the content and volume of changes.
・After coloring begins, free revisions are limited to minor adjustments only.
・Examples: slight color tweaks, brightness/saturation adjustments, changing eye or accessory colors, etc.
・Major changes after coloring (such as altering poses, facial expressions, or adding/replacing elements) will require an additional fee, even if free revisions remain.
・If all 3 free revisions are already used up during the rough stage, any adjustments after coloring — including minor ones — will be charged.
Deadlines and Delivry:
・The period from the start of production to delivery:
- It takes about 1 month to create the illustration.
- It takes about 2-3 months to create live2D art.
- It takes about 2 to 3 months to create a character design.
・The start of production will depend on the production schedule at that time.
Usage Terms:
・The copyright of the artwork belongs to the artist (creator).
・ The delivered illustration may be freely used for SNS, streaming, VTuber activities (X / Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, etc.), as well as for Live2D / 3D model creation. These uses are included in the base price.
・ If I also handle the character design, the character itself (including outfit design) may likewise be used for the above activities under the base price.
・Additional fees apply in the following cases:
✅ Merchandise production / sales
(Using either the delivered illustration or the character designed by me — including artwork created by other illustrators)
→ Commercial usage fee: 30% of the base price.
✅ Corporate or commercial projects
→ Corporate license fee: 1.4× the base price or higher
Refunds:
・The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
・In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending amessage requesting the order to be canceled.
・No refunds will be made once the color rough production has started.
・If any form of forced refund or chargeback is made through a third party, the client will lose all rights to the artwork.
All rights will remain with the artist, who may resell or offer the artwork to other potential buyers at their discretion.
Additionally, any client who engages in such behavior will be permanently refused for future commissions.
