 　Production Flow

　　1. Accepting your commission.

  　　 I will provide you with a rough estimate and production schedule.

　　2. Payment from client. Basically, payment is made in advance.

　　3. Production begins. Submission of color roughs.

　　4. Coloring

　　5. Final check and delivery!(PSD and PNG)

   　Note: For Skeb-style commissions, meetings and revisions are not available.
You may send a request message once, but for Skeb-style commissions, meetings or progress updates cannot be provided.

　  Revisions
　  ・The number of free revisions is limited to three.
　 ・Additional fees will be charged for the third and subsequent revisions, depending on  the degree of  

          difficulty.
　・After coloring, only minor modifications, such as color changes, can be made. (e.g., lighten the eye 　　color).
　・If it is not a minor modification of a pose or facial expression after coloring, an additional fee will    　　

　　be  charged depending on the degree of difficulty.​​​​​​

-  Deadlines and Delivry

　・The period from the start of production to delivery:
　　- It takes about 1 month to create the illustration.
　　- It takes about 2-3 months to create live2D art.
　　- It takes about 2 to 3 months to create a character design.
　・The start of production will depend on the production schedule at that time.​​​​​​​

-  Usage Terms

• The copyright of the artwork belongs to the artist (creator).

• Clients are free to use the delivered illustrations on social media or streaming platforms (e.g., X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, etc.).

• However, the following cases will require additional fees:

✅ For merchandise production and sales: Commercial usage fee (+$200 to +$1000)

✅ For use in corporate or business projects: Corporate license fee (1.5 to 3 times the base price)

【Character Design Plan – Special Notes】

• Personal use (e.g., SNS icons, streaming activities, personal model creation such as Live2D) does not require any additional fees.

• However, if you wish to create merchandise or use the character in corporate or business projects, the above additional fees will apply.

【Outfit Design Plan – Special Notes】

• You are free to use the designed outfit for personal purposes, such as creating fan art or commissioning other illustrators.

• However, if you wish to create a new model (e.g., Live2D model) using the designed outfit, a model usage fee (+$200 to +$400) will apply.

• Additionally, for merchandise production or use in corporate or business projects, the corresponding additional fees will apply.

-  Refunds
　・The artist has the right to cancel the order if there is any breach in the terms in any given moment.
　・In case the payment has not been made yet, the contractor has the right to cancel the order by sending

         amessage requesting the order to be canceled.
　・No refunds will be made once the color rough production has started.
　・If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor             and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending                         contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident.
